We discovered this breakfast sandwich making gem The Nordic Ware Eggs’n Muffin Pan, while overnighting at a Cracker Barrel. I love breakfast sandwiches and in an RV, that means getting out the grill which can be a hassle for one breakfast sandwich. So I when I spotted this I was hopeful the the future of my RV style breakfast sandwiches.

As Sharon and I were waiting for our table I spotted a Nordic Ware shelf and this little egg maker.

I generally don’t buy stuff like this because most of the time these types of products never work out. Well, I guess I had a weak moment and bought one. Much to my surprise, it does a really good job. The video is a little hokey (and fun) but it really shows how good a job The Nordic Ware Eggs ‘n Muffin Pan cooks an egg with fix’ins and helps to create a really good breakfast sandwich with little hassle and clean up.
